Refund & Return Policy

Last updated: 4 Nov 2026

Because every Electronic Accessories product is personalized and made especially for you, it cannot be resold. We therefore do not accept returns for change of mind. If something is wrong with your order, we will always make it right.

When we replace or refund

• The product arrived damaged or broken.
• You received the wrong product, size or colour.
• There is a printing or manufacturing defect.
• The personalization does not match what you submitted (our error).

When returns are not possible

• Change of mind or a personalized item no longer needed.
• Spelling mistakes, wrong dates or low-quality photos that were in the details you submitted.
• Small colour or size differences from the website images that are normal for printed and handmade products.
• Damage caused by misuse, washing or handling after delivery.

How to request a replacement or refund

• Contact us within 2 day(s) of delivery with your order number.
• Share clear photos of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video for damaged or missing items.
• Our team reviews your request within 48 hours. Where needed, we arrange pick-up of the item.

Resolution

For approved requests we first offer a free replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we issue a full refund.

Refund timelines

• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval (the bank may take a few extra days to show it).
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you share with us.
• Shipping charges are refunded when the error was ours.
